Maintenance


•Plan & execute preventive maintenance and upkeep of all engineering services
•Monitor energy consumption and design methods for conservation and optimization of energy

Coordination & Planning

•Proper handover of MEP system from Project team
•Co-ordinate with third party commissioning agency and all other services contractors for interfacing and integrating of all services

•Manages day-to-day interaction with third party contractors and consultants effectively. Communicates effectively with third party contractors and consultants to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions

Skills: CAD Drawing, Communication, Team work, Quality control, System analysis and evaluation, Administration and management, Computers and Electronics, Building codes and standards, Wide exposure in technical supervision of highly skilled specialized groups and trade personnel: General administration with control and discipline

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering

Practice and Other Requirements: 8 to 10 years of overall experience working with real estate industry. Must have managed residential & commercial projects.
