Reduction in PM Cost through sourcing of new vendors, Negotiation with Vendors as per the comparatives, Preparation of PO & Bill passing for above purchases, Responsible for timely payments to suppliers. Sourcing of alternate suppliers, alternate source & alternate grade of Key PM.
