Position: Production Officer / Executive / Asst Manager

Department: Production

Experience: 5-15 years

Location: Roorkee (New Plant)

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end production activities for the new pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
  • Involve in new project setup equipment installation, qualification, and process validation.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Engineering) for smooth plant operations.
  • Manage production planning, manpower allocation, and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing.
  • Must have exposure to new project / plant setup (Greenfield experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, equipment handling, and documentation.
  • Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
