Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Roorkee for the position of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). Responsibilities include developing and delivering course materials, conducting lectures and seminars, mentoring students in academic and research projects, and contributing to the university's academic and research excellence. The role also involves collaborating on curriculum development, participating in faculty meetings, and contributing to departmental and institutional development through innovative teaching, research, and administrative activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Computer Science and Engineering concepts, including programming, data structures, algorithms, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in academic research, scholarly publication, and paper presentation at national/international conferences.
• Effective teaching skills, curriculum development experience, and the ability to mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse academic environment.
• Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering or related discipline from a recognized institution. Candidates with an M.Tech/M.E. in CSE and relevant teaching experience may apply for Assistant Professor positions.
• Demonstrated experience in securing research funding and participating in interdisciplinary projects is a plus.
