Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Assistant located in Mumbai. The Research Assistant will be responsible for supporting research projects, conducting experiments in a laboratory setting, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights. The role includes gathering and organizing research-related data, collaborating with team members for effective study execution, and preparing reports or documentation. The Research Assistant will also contribute to innovative research and development efforts in pharmaceutical processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Analytical Skills and Data Analysis, with the ability to interpret and evaluate complex datasets
  • Proficiency in Research and Laboratory Skills to effectively support experiments and development initiatives
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, share findings, and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Relevant educational background in fields such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related disciplines
  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or research environment is advantageous
