Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) in accordance with ISO 45001:2018.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement site-specific safety plans, procedures, and protocols.
  • Assessment and approval of subcontractor safety plans.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and training sessions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks through risk identification and assessment.
  • Provide guidance on fire safety regulations, industrial safety practices, construction safety guidelines.
  • Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated.
  • Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations.
  • Conducting investigations on accidents.
  • Verifying that all safety reports are submitted by vendors at agreed intervals.
