We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Associate to support our NBFC operations across finance, lending, compliance, and reporting functions.

  1. ERP Support & Configuration


• 𝘈𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘋𝘺𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘤𝘴 365 𝘍𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 & 𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 (𝘍&𝘖) 𝘰𝘳 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘊𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘕𝘉𝘍𝘊 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴.

  1. Finance & NBFC Operations


• 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘭𝘰𝘢𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘺𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 (𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘣𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘌𝘔𝘐𝘴, 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘴).

  1. Testing & Quality Assurance

  1. Reporting & Analysis

• 𝘈𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘣𝘰𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘢𝘯 𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘰 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘕𝘗𝘈𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀


• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ IT.


• 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Business Central).


• Understanding of processes such as lending, accounting, reconciliations, and compliance.


• Familiarity with RBI reporting formats, audit trails, and loan management workflows is a plus.


• Knowledge of Power BI and Excel for financial reporting.


• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to support cross-functional teams.
