Job Summary

We are seeking a talented
Machine Learning Engineer
with hands-on experience in
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
,
Large Language Models (LLMs)
, and
chatbot development
. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize AI-powered conversational systems and intelligent language solutions, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy
    NLP models for text processing, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, summarization, and other language tasks.
  • Fine-tune and optimize LLMs
    (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon) for domain-specific use cases.
  • Build and maintain
    AI chatbots
    using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and dialogue management techniques.
  • Implement
    prompt engineering
    and prompt-chaining techniques for better conversational accuracy.
  • Work on
    data preprocessing
    , text cleaning, tokenization, and feature engineering for NLP pipelines.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to
    integrate AI models
    into production systems.
  • Monitor model performance, retrain models, and ensure scalability for real-world applications.
  • Research and experiment with
    state-of-the-art NLP/LLM frameworks and algorithms
    to improve existing systems.
  • Maintain
    clear documentation
    for models, pipelines, and APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years
    of hands-on experience in Machine Learning & NLP.
  • Strong understanding of
    LLMs, Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, T5, etc.)
    , and embedding models.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and NLP libraries/frameworks: Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
  • Experience with
    vector databases
    (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and RAG pipelines.
  • Knowledge of
    chatbot frameworks
    (e.g., Rasa, LangChain, Botpress) and conversational AI tools.
  • Experience in
    model deployment
    (Docker, FastAPI, Flask, or cloud services like AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP AI).
  • Familiarity with
    MLOps practices
    , version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
