- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to insurance products (health, life, motor, general insurance, etc.).

- Make outbound calls for policy renewals, cross-selling, upselling, and lead generation.

- Explain insurance plans, benefits, premium calculations, and terms clearly to customers.
*
- Guide customers through claim procedures, documentation, and grievance handling.
*
- Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Provide accurate and updated information to build trust and long-term relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17, ₹27,000.00 per month
