**Role Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate product information and assist with orders, returns, and refunds
- Record and maintain customer interactions in the CRM system
- Work with other teams to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction

**Work Schedule**:
Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Focused, dedicated, and customer-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt

**Compensation**:
Internship (Freshers - CSE Interns): ₹8,000 per month (stipend)

Full-Time Employment (Freshers - CSE): ₹16,000 - ₹22,000 per month (in hand)
