KRA – Marketing Executive (Online & Offline)

  1. Online Marketing Responsibilities

  2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.)

  3. Manage social media platforms – content planning, posting, engagement, and growth
  4. Monitor and optimize website traffic through SEO best practices
  5. Create email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, etc.) to promote offers and updates
  6. Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  7. Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and digital content

  8. Maintain and update business listings, reviews, and Google My Business profile

  9. Offline Marketing Responsibilities

  10. Plan and execute local offline campaigns – pamphlet distribution, standees, hoardings, banners, etc.

  11. Organize and manage on-ground activations (corporate tie-ups, society activities, mall setups)
  12. Coordinate with vendors for printing and distribution of marketing materials
  13. Build and maintain relationships with nearby corporates and RWAs for partnership opportunities
  14. Plan monthly in-club engagement and promotional activities

  15. Ensure branding material is placed correctly across all locations

  16. Reporting & Coordination

  17. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance

  18. Share lead reports with the sales team and follow up on lead quality
  19. Support cross-functional teams (sales, design, operations) for campaign execution

  20. Take feedback and improve campaign strategies based on ROI and footfall

  21. KPIs / Performance Metrics

  22. No. of leads generated (online & offline)

  23. Engagement rate on digital platforms
  24. Brand visibility and local awareness (offline reach)
  25. Campaign ROI and conversion rates
  26. Execution of monthly marketing calendar
