Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager

Primary Role:

To drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies that promote the company's products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Create promotional materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with online audiences.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Strategic & Analytical Tasks:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to product development and management teams based on customer insights.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and promotional offers.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and confident in client interactions
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
