Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven
SEO Specialist
to drive organic traffic growth for DreamStart's website and app. You will be responsible for implementing and executing SEO strategies in collaboration with the internal content, tech, and marketing teams as well as external SEO partners. The role will progressively align traffic objectives with lead generation and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Organic Growth:

Strategize and execute initiatives to increase organic traffic to the DreamStart website and app, aligning long-term KPIs with lead generation and revenue.

Content SEO Collaboration

Work closely with the internal content team to identify SEO-driven content opportunities, optimize existing content, and provide on-page recommendations.

Cross Functional Coordination

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external SEO agencies for seamless implementation of SEO strategies across platforms.

Technical SEO Oversight

Conduct periodic technical SEO and site/app audits, collaborating with tech teams and reporting manager to fix crawling, indexing, performance, and mobile-related issues.

SEO Performance Marketing

Monitor and analyze SEO performance regularly through tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Share actionable insights and suggest data-driven improvements.

Industry Awareness & Best Practices

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitor benchmarks, especially within the EdTech and job search domain.

Required Qualification & Skills

•    5–6 years of proven experience in SEO,
MANDATORY in the EdTech
,
job portal
, or content-driven platforms.

•    Deep understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

•    Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS basics, and SEO technical requirements.

•    Experience optimizing for both web and mobile platforms (including Android apps).

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•    Excellent communication and project management abilities.

•    Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
