Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Excellence Consultant located in Navi Mumbai. The Operations Excellence Consultant will be responsible for conducting operational assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Daily tasks will include collecting and analyzing data, developing process improvement plans, and coordinating with various departments to ensure successful implementation of changes. Additionally, the consultant will provide training and support to staff to ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies and operational assessments
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and analyze data
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus
