Role Overview

The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing end–to–end business operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, banking partners, and clients. The role involves improving efficiency, establishing processes, and driving consistent performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations across all verticals.
  • Implement effective SOPs and streamline processes to improve productivity and client experience.
  • Coordinate with Banking & NBFC partners for documentation, loan approvals, disbursement follow-ups and escalations.
  • Lead and guide teams such as Telecalling, Credit, Sales to meet business requirements
  • Allocate work, track performance, and ensure achievement of weekly & monthly deliverables.
  • Develop and monitor dashboards, MIS reporting, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and support management in strategic decision-making.
  • Manage onboarding of new employees and ensure smooth cross-team communication.
  • Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–12 years of experience in Operations Management (preferably in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / Real Estate Finance).
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Good knowledge of loan processes, documentation & financial compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools & MIS reporting.
