Role & responsibilities

Management of all sales & marketing activities and development / maintenance of dealer & retail network in the assigned geography to achieve planned sales for sustained growth profitably. Lead and supervise a team of Sales Personnel efficiently for realizing operative & strategic goals of Organization.

Sales Strategy

Provide Inputs for National Sales Strategy

  • Formulate and implement Regional Level Strategy for dealer channel and fleet businesses
  • Promotional Strategy and Implementation

Sales Volume

  • Achieving Regional Target as aligned with Regional sales head on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
  • Organizing region for sustained growth
  • Increasing Market Share

Network & customer

development

  • Support, Monitor & strengthen dealer number & retail network growth for sustained growth of each area by increasing dealers and Image Shops.
  • Check Market Mapping for Action Plan
  • Provide guidance for network development
  • Identifying potential dealers for future Image Shop development/increasing

Preferred candidate profile

5-8 years in an organization with large B2C network in India

  • Leadership qualities are essential. Min 5 years managerial experience
  • Exposure to at least 2 Regions (Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh , Orrisa)
