JOB PROFILE FOR SALES SOUTH CHENNAI SENIOR POST Qualification Experience Responsibility : Diploma / Degree in Plastic Mold Technology / Plastic Engineering : Min 4 TO 5 years with Plastics background : 1) To cover the South territory for Chennai. 2) Sales / marketing of Hot Runner Systems, Injection Molding Machines, Mold parts, Ancillaries, etc. 3) Follow up customer for generating enquiries 4) Studying drawings / customers requirements in detail 5) Suggesting and convincing customers suitable products for their respective requirements 6) Coordination with Head office for submission of offers to customers 7) Follow up with customers for purchase orders and preparation of reports on orders booked or lost. 8) Coordination with customers and our engineers for installation commissioning and after sales service activities. 9) Follow up with customers for payments . 10) Submission of visit reports / expense statements to HO Essential requirements : 1) Pleasing personality 2) Good communication skill 3) Sound technical knowledge 4) Ability to convince the customers and earn their confidence 5) Should be able to perceive and feel the market dynamics and make suggestions to increase the 'Madhu market share' . 6) Collect and pass information on personnel of customers / prospects and keep track on their movements within the company and outside i.e change of jobs etc. 7) Majority of the efforts should be proactive and not only reactive in all the spheres of the marketing activities. 8) Remuneration : Good package commensurate with candidate's qualifications / experience.
