Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive with 0.6 – 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing creative strategies to improve brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across multiple social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize company/client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content.
  • Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 0.6 – 1 year of proven experience in SMO.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and tools.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
