Job Summary:

Exotica IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and results-driven SEO & SMO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies and managing social media channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking for SEO best practices
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for resolution
  • Create and implement link-building strategies
  • Regularly track, report, and improve keyword rankings

SMO (Social Media Optimization):

  • Develop and manage social media content calendars
  • Create engaging and shareable content across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (if required)
  • Monitor social media trends and audience engagement
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in both SEO and SMO roles
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Experience with social media management and advertising tools
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
