Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor contracts, negotiate pricing, track performance, and maintain databases.
  • Coordinate employee travel, bookings, and expense reporting, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Oversee cafeteria operations, manage vendors, and ensure food quality and safety.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, order stock, and track usage.
  • Distribute welcome kits and manage new employee necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of visiting cards and employee ID cards.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, including venue bookings and transportation.
  • Supervise security team, ensuring safety, access control, and emergency protocols.
  • Ensure cleanliness of office spaces and oversee housekeeping staff and supplies.
  • Manage office repairs, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
  • Prepare and track the facility budget, monitor expenses, and assist in budget preparation by reviewing costs and payments.
  • Act as point of contact for office inquiries, manage supplies, and ensure efficient office operations.

Additional Qualification and Skills:

  • Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written
  • communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
