As an SDE-1 Backend Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, writing scalable APIs using , managing data with MySQL, and deploying services on AWS. You'll be part of the engine that keeps our 20+ microservices running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain backend services using and Express
  • Write clean, well-structured REST APIs connected to MySQL databases
  • Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams to deliver complete features
  • Deploy services on AWS and monitor them in production
  • Learn to work with observability tools like Grafana, Tempo, and Loki
  • Take part in code reviews, design discussions, and regular releases

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of hands-on backend development experience
  • Strong foundation in , JavaScript (ES6+), and Express
  • Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), API testing tools (Postman), and basic DevOps
  • Bonus: exposure to AWS, Click House, or observability tools like Grafana
  • Eagerness to learn, improve, and build systems that scale
