About the Role

Were looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our remote team and help build scalable, high-performance backend systems. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain core services that power our platform.

Tech Stack

  • Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
  • DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using and TypeScript.
  • Optimize PostgreSQL queries and data models for performance and scalability.
  • Integrate and manage Redis and RabbitMQ for caching and asynchronous processing.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and Dockerized environments.
  • Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development with and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
  • Proficiency in Docker and CI/CD tools.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Based in India, preferably Ahmedabad or nearby.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
