We're looking for a skilled Backend Developer who loves building scalable, high-performance systems. You'll work on designing and optimizing APIs, managing background tasks, and ensuring our backend architecture runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Python, , and 
  • Build and manage asynchronous task queues using Celery and Redis.
  • Design and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
  • Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, query optimization, and database management.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and security through best practices and reviews.
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement backend improvements.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience with Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Celery and Redis for background jobs and caching.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL (database schema design, queries, optimization).
  • Solid understanding of  and  for API development.
  • Experience integrating multiple backend services and managing APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Docker or containerized applications.
  • Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
  • Understanding of microservice architecture and system design.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Sentry.
