Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage Pre-Shipment and Post-Shipment Documentation.
  • Handle Export & Import documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL Drafts, and Certificates of Origin.
  • Generate E-Invoices & E-Way Bills using ERP and Excel tools.
  • Coordinate with CHA, Freight Forwarders, and Shipping Lines for timely shipment and clearance.
  • Track and follow up on shipments and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare LC (Letter of Credit), TT shipment documents, ADC, SCOMET, and Annexure A documentation as required.
  • Verify freight quotations and maintain shipment cost records.
  • Maintain communication with buyers, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate should have prior experience in Export Documentation and Logistics Coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and communication skills is a must.

  • Candidates from manufacturing or export-oriented industries will be preferred.

  • Office time-12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
