Executive/ Sr. Executive-Business Development Key Accounts

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive/Senior Executive-Business Development-Key Accounts to drive business growth .The individual will be responsible for identifying potential markets, onboarding semi-wholesalers, and managing end-to-end sales operations to ensure consistent revenue growth and strong partner relationships.
Role & responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify and analyze potential markets to expand business footprint and tap into new business opportunities.
- Onboarding & Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture long-term relationships with potential semi-wholesalers and fruit buyers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales processfrom Sales Order (SO) generation to final deliveryensuring timely execution and high service quality.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance by achieving monthly and quarterly targets, negotiating effectively, and ensuring timely payment collections.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed market studies on pricing, demand, and competition to refine sales strategies and identify emerging trends.
- Field Operations: Conduct daily market visits in mapped territories to monitor performance, engage with customers, and identify on-ground opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery, quality maintenance, and demand fulfillment.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data insights to optimize pricing, forecast demand, and improve profitability across key accounts and market segments.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate/MBA (preferably in Agriculture, Business Management, or Marketing).
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or agri-trading (fruits/vegetables domain preferred).
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing trends, and wholesale trade operations.
- Proven ability to identify, onboard, and manage channel partners or semi-wholesalers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and hands-on market engagement.
