Hiring: Senior Sales Manager Microsoft Consulting Practice
Location: Mumbai or Hyderabad
Markets: India & US
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Sales Manager to drive growth for our Microsoft consulting and cloud services practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in the Microsoft ecosystem and a strong track record of closing large enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth for Microsoft consulting and cloud services across India and US markets.
Work closely with Microsoft Partner Managers, PDMs, Azure & D365 specialists.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposals, and closures.
Lead Microsoft co-sell motions and support joint GTM strategies
Collaborate with Delivery & Presales teams to build customized proposals.
Build and nurture strong CXO-level relationships for long-term business growth.
Identify new opportunities across Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and App Modernization.
Ensure CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
Requirements
15+ years of IT experience with deep Microsoft consulting sales exposure.
Proven track record of closing large enterprise Microsoft consulting engagements.
Strong understanding of Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and co-sell motions.
Experience selling Dynamics 365, Azure, M365, and Power Platform services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with US + India markets.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
Exposure to SaaS, cloud transformation, and digital modernization initiatives.
Background in ISVs or large Microsoft-focused consulting organizations.
