Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated 
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial business processes and hands-on experience in both 
implementation and support
 of 
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in 
    end-to-end implementation and support
     of D365 F&O Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management).
  • Conduct 
    requirement gathering sessions
    , business process analysis, and 
    fit-gap studies
    .
  • Prepare 
    Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
    , configuration, and test documents.
  • Collaborate closely with 
    technical and cross-functional teams
     to ensure accurate customizations and integrations.
  • Manage 
    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    , user training sessions, and 
    go-live activities
    .
  • Provide 
    L1/L2 functional support
    , troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Recommend and implement 
    process improvements
     and 
    system optimizations
    .
  • Ensure compliance with 
    accounting principles, audit standards
    , and 
    financial controls
    .

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience
     in D365 F&O Finance module 
    implementation and support
    .
  • Expertise in 
    requirement analysis, documentation, configuration, and testing
    .
  • Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance
     will be an added advantage.
