Corporate Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

The Corporate Relationship Manager is responsible for identifying employment opportunities for students/candidates by building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and HR professionals. The role involves active sourcing of job openings through multiple job portals and ensuring smooth coordination between companies and candidates throughout the placement process.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify relevant job opportunities and requirements across various job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Connect and communicate with HRs, recruiters, and corporate representatives to discuss job requirements and potential tie-ups.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, placement drives, and recruitment discussions for students/candidates.
  • Maintain and update a database of company contacts, job openings, and candidate status.
  • Interact regularly with students/candidates to inform them about available opportunities, interview schedules, and updates.
  • Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure successful placements.
  • Build and nurture long-term corporate relationships to create recurring hiring opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track placement progress and ensure all processes are executed efficiently.
  • Prepare regular reports on placement activities, interviews conducted, and outcomes achieved.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or HR specialization preferred).
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of online job portals and recruitment tools.
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with recruiters and corporate partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Docs, and basic data management.
