Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic *Regional Sourcing Manager* to lead our supply expansion and onboarding initiatives across multiple cities. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in managing supply channels in the ride-hailing or passenger mobility vertical, with strong operational and tech-collaboration capabilities. The role requires building organic supply channels, managing sourcing executives, and ensuring a surplus supply funnel to achieve cost efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies to ensure a steady supply of qualified driver partners.
  • Build and replicate Ola/Uber-style Onboarding Centers across all three key cities.
  • Design and operationalize Supply Hubs in high-potential regions — North East, UP, Bihar, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala.
  • Supply Channel Development
  • Create organic sourcing pipelines and local partnerships to drive continuous lead inflow.
  • Deploy and manage regional sourcing executives to deliver 20+ qualified leads per executive per month.
  • Establish a comprehensive database of freelancers and vendor partners for sourcing scalability.

Tech Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Tech and Product teams to enhance platform sourcing capabilities, lead tracking, and partner onboarding efficiency.

Operational Excellence

  • Partner with the Operations team to align sourcing strategies with market demand and business goals.
  • Drive cost optimization by achieving a Cost per Hire below ₹1,200.
  • Maintain a supply surplus and contribute directly to profitability targets.

Team & Performance Management

  • Build and lead a strong Outbound Calling Team for lead conversion, partner retention, and engagement.
  • Develop and execute driver engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Oversee sourcing executives to ensure performance consistency across regions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Strategic supply planning and execution across regions
  • Lead generation performance (minimum 20+ leads per sourcing executive/month)
  • Cost per hire ≤ ₹1,200
  • Supply surplus and regional profitability metrics
  • Onboarding center replication and operational efficiency
  • Database and vendor network scalability
  • Retention rate of onboarded partners
  • Outbound team conversion and engagement metrics

Experience: 10+ years in sourcing, supply operations, or fleet expansion within ride-hailing, EV, or marketplace environments.

Preferred Background: Hands-on experience with passenger 3W verticals (Rapido, Uber, Ola, Namma Yatri) or delivery platforms (Zomato).
