Job description :

We are seeking an organized and proactive

Ecommerce Associate - Male or Female age Below 35 candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office, manage schedules.

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation and Sales:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through online channels like social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Customer Interaction:

Engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and online chat to understand their needs and present suitable products.

Product Presentation:

Demonstrating and presenting textile products to customers through online platforms, including product information, pricing, and availability.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiating sales deals, handling customer objections, and closing sales through online channels.

Order Management and Fulfillment:

Managing the order process, coordinating with the dispatch team, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support, and addressing any issues or complaints.

Sales Reporting:

Preparing and submitting sales reports, tracking sales performance, and providing insights to management.


***A candidate proficient in both MS Office and Adobe Photoshop is preferred for roles requiring strong computer and design skills***


***This is not a work-from-home . The job is likely in-person and requires physical presence at a location***.


Candidates can reach the company by Monday through Saturday, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
