Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and viewership.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and production teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaigns.
  • Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to optimize the channel's social presence.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
  • Engage with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify content and reach.
  • Manage social media crises and develop contingency plans to address any negative publicity or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in

the media or entertainment industry.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter,

Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads

Manager, Google Analytics).

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.
