Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform cold calling, tele calling, and lead generation through company database and online platforms.
- Qualify leads and convert them into prospects for residential real estate projects
- Explain project details and address client queries effectively
- Schedule and conduct site visits with potential customers.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through property sales and closures.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM entries, and daily MIS updates.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management ability
- Confidence in telecalling, cold calling, and field sales.
- Knowledge of real estate sales process and local property market (preferred).
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
Candidate must own a 2 wheeler for field visits
