Assistant Project Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive Project Management of the larger security team's tasks as per long-term plan and ad-hoc need
  • Facilitate project meetings for the larger security team, shape realistic project plans, follow up on deliverables
  • Improve the larger security team's ways of working to maximize focus, output, and internal customer satisfaction as per best project management practice
  • Liaise with other parts of the organization and actively follow-up on project/process interlock
  • Drive Project Management for Information Security Risk governance and management
  • Facilitate Risk Management Governance meetings; project manage collection of relevant input, and resulting action items
  • Ensure that risk analysis and treatment proposal for reported information security risks is timely provided by relevant stakeholders, and resulting management decision gets scheduled and implemented as per priority
  • Assume the project management role for ad-hoc cross organizational teams that get formed to prevent and respond to security incidents
  • Set up and project-manage 3rd party security assessments; project manage the activities to implement mitigation to relevant findings
  • Develop and collect KPIs and regular progress updates for the projects you manage; communicate them to management and other relevant stakeholders

Qualification: B.Tech/ BCA

Skills And Experience:

You come with a credible interest to grow in the security field and you have:

  • Minimum 4 Years of experience
  • Proven Project Management skills (3 years)
  • Worked as part of Program Management office (PMO) will be added advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of IT technology and Information Security while being able to maintain helicopter view
  • Relevant insights into general risk management principles

It would be nice if you also had experience with:

  • Project management with Jira
  • Information Security knowledge would be an add-on
