Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Chennai. The Sales Officer will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including customer service, lead generation, channel sales, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role involves driving sales and achieving targets, as well as maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Lead Generation skills
- Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
