Job Description:

Cascade Buildtech is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team for upcoming real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales, excellent client management skills, and must have a strong CP (Channel Partner) network to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Build and maintain client and CP relationships.
  • Coordinate with marketing and project teams for effective sales campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights for strategy.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a good CP network in the real estate industry.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate the sales team.
  • Knowledge of real estate marketing and sales techniques.
