Nalanda Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. is India's leading provider of National Mission for Skill Development, Content Engine, and SaaS Platforms for the Pre-Primary, K-12, and Higher Education ecosystems.

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers who are passionate about communication and outreach. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with schools and educational institutions to share information about our offerings and gather relevant feedback.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • Fresh Graduates (2023 onwards)
  • Passionate about Communication and Outreach
  • Strong English Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)
  • Comfortable with Outbound Calling to Schools
  • Initiate conversations with Schools and Educational Institutions
  • Cleary communicate and share information about our offerings - (B2B SaaS Platform and Teachers Skill Building Initiatives)
  • Gather relevant feedback and track them for transforming success business leads and follow-up to close them.
  • Maintain call logs and submit daily reports to the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh graduates (2023 onwards) from any stream.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) is essential.
