Timings
: 7PM -5 AM ( 1hour break including Night shift)

About the Role

We are hiring
BPO Chat Support Associate
with strong English communication skills to assist customers through live chat and email. The role requires excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via
  live chat, email, and messaging platforms
  .
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain high-quality interactions ensuring
  customer satisfaction
  .
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when required.
• Meet performance targets such as response time and resolution quality.

Requirements

• Graduation any stream
• Fluency in written and spoken English
  is mandatory.
• Prior experience in
  BPO / Chat Support / Customer Service
  preferred.
• Good typing speed and ability to multitask.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.

Work Schedule

• Timing:
  7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)
• Break:
  1 hour included

Compensation

• Salary:
  ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
