Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

International School of Skill Development (ISSD) is seeking a highly motivated and creative digital marketing executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for all lead generation, user engagement, and conversion activities for our various courses. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Team to design and implement regional marketing strategies, with a particular focus on social media channels. Additionally, you will be tasked with analysing industry trends and making data-driven decisions to optimise our digital marketing efforts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate leads for our courses, utilising various digital marketing channels.
  • User Engagement: Develop and execute plans to engage and retain our user base through creative and effective digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conversion Optimisation: Work on improving conversion rates, ensuring that potential leads are effectively converted into customers.
  • Regional Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to design and execute regional marketing strategies tailored to our target audience.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse data and trends to make informed decisions for the continuous improvement of our digital marketing efforts.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and ed-tech industries to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Google, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of digital marketing experience (Ed-tech experience is a bonus and a wave to ride)
  • A spellbinding portfolio showcasing your previous digital marketing campaigns and triumphs.
  • Exceptional skills in Google Marketing, SMM (social media marketing), SEM (search engine marketing), and other digital marketing techniques.
  • Creative flair with a keen eye for design and content creation.
