Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align business goals.
  • Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in [insert your industry if specific].
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results under pressure.
