We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Employee Relations Lead to join our team in India. Working as part of a global team, this role will serve as a key partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring HR strategies and operations align with local labour laws and companies's global HR policies.
You will play a critical role in supporting employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and driving a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in India on local employment concerns.
· Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
· Partner with global HR teams to implement and localize HR programs and initiatives. Providing guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
· Manage HR documentation, contracts, and employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
· Support internal audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
· Foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Experience, Skills and capabilities:
· years of HR experience, preferably in a global HR team or tech-driven environment.
· Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
· Prior Experience in constituting statutory internal committees in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong analytical and risk management capabilities
· Team player able to work cross function and support stakeholders
