Location: Vadodara

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: 22,000 25,000/month

Experience: 45 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at our Vadodara office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. This role is suited for professionals who have a strong background in accounting within the construction or industrial sector and are proficient in using Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and data entry, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in financial entries.
  • Prepare and file statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, and other applicable regulations.
  • Generate MIS reports for management and assist in financial planning and analysis.
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and cost control measures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and auditors to resolve queries.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualification: M.Com or CA Inter (candidates pursuing CA Final will not be considered).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
