Job Overview
: The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role involves managing bookkeeping activities in Zoho Books, handling vendor and client payments, preparing financial reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries in Zoho Books.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, invoices, ledgers, and related records.
  • Oversee vendor and client payments, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Support monthly and annual closing procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for documentation and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting norms.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
  • Proficiency in 
    Zoho Books (experience required)

  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
