Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Business Development Manager at SBI General Insurance. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, develop existing client relationships, and drive sales performance to achieve business targets. Daily responsibilities include managing partnerships, formulating and executing strategies for business growth, forecasting sales trends, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product offerings.

  • Knowledge of Insurance Products, Market Analysis, and Financial Planning
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in business tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Relevant experience and knowledge in the insurance or financial services sector will be an advantage
