Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Financial Analyst

with strong expertise in

cryptocurrency, equity markets, ETFs, mutual funds, wealth management, and

trade settlements

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
trading,

corporate actions, taxation, and investment advisory

, along with solid knowledge

of
NISM compliance

. This role involves market analysis, trade processing, and

supporting investment clients with high-quality financial insights


Required Skills & Qualifications

 Strong knowledge of
stocks, ETFs, crypto markets, mutual funds, and

wealth management

.

 Experience in
trade settlements, equity settlement, and operational risk

.

 Familiarity with
NISM certifications

(e.g., Equity Derivatives, Mutual Funds).

 Analytical mindset with strong Excel/financial modelling skills.

 Understanding of
taxation

for
equity

and
crypto transactions

.

 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management

skills.

 Prior experience in
corporate actions, trade processing, or equity dealing

.
