Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Executive (Recruitment) who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities across all our restaurant brands and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hiring in the hospitality/restaurant industry and a keen eye for talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and build job descriptions accordingly.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job fit and cultural alignment.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support in organizing walk-in drives, recruitment events, and campus interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in pre-onboarding formalities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless handover from recruitment to onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or QSR/F&B sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously with a sense of urgency. Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹18,000.00 per month
