Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect / Team Lead with expertise in .NET, Azure, and React to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will guide a high-performing engineering team, drive technical excellence, enforce best practices, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. Insurance domain experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments.
  • Support release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for scalability, security, and performance.
