Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead – Full Stack to lead a team of developers and drive end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, along with proven leadership in team and project management. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, architecture design, task planning, mentoring, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full stack applications.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive architectural decisions and optimize application performance.
  • Perform regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers across different levels.
  • Allocate tasks, set goals, and track team progress and productivity.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, technical mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on development team progress to senior management
  • Work with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan project milestones, manage sprint cycles, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to timeline, scope, and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on progress, roadblocks, and solutions.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
  • 2+ years of experience in team and project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
