Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to run high-performing D2C campaigns, engage communities, and make a brand go viral (for all the right reasons).

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms.
  • Develop and manage ad strategies tailored to Indian audiences.
  • Build and engage online communities across social platforms.
  • Create and oversee compelling content (copy, visuals, videos).
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant tools.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and experiment with new growth tactics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong background in D2C/eCommerce campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify, SEMrush, etc.
  • Creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and passion for experimentation.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience with influencer or email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling skills to build impactful brand narratives.
  • Awareness of the latest Indian digital & social trends.
