Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA (Quality Assurance) Manager, located in Kolkata. The QA Manager will oversee and manage all aspects related to quality assurance within the organization. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing quality standards, conducting inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with industry norms and regulations, and managing a team of quality assurance professionals. The candidate will also work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Key Resonsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing & Maintaining Processes needed for QMS
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of supplies failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
  • Responsible for product validation & regular testing.
  • Plan & conduct Layout inspection and MSA
  • Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
  • Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training
  • Liaising with customers, auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customer specifications
  • Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
  • Process Measures & Objectives Monitoring and Analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Corrective & Preventive action on related Non-Conformities
  • Training needs identification for subordinates.
  • Conduct IQA process & product audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.

Qualification & Skills

  • with experience of atleast 5 to 10 yrs
  • Proficiency in RCA and completing 8D for any issues.
  • Proficiency in Ms office
  • Good in presentaion skills
  • Certified Auditor of IATF 16949
  • Having good knowledge of ISO 9001,ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
