Catalog Associate

Location: Gurgaon

Type: Full time

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting multiple categories that populates, maintains the content for the Heads Up For Tails Catalog, working with various internal teams to ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of products, and interacting directly with HUFTs internal customers across the country to deliver to their requirements and work directly with the stakeholders to ensure the overall health of the processes is good.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

  • Create, review, and update product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and attributes into Shopify
  • Working on multiple websites simultaneously with shopify as a base.
  • Listing of products into Shopify, basis request from different warehouses, Product team and production units
  • Write, edit, and enhance product titles, descriptions, attributes, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion
  • Conduct regular catalog audits to identify errors, duplicates, or gaps, and implement corrective actions
  • Visual Merchandising for Catalogues.
  • Maintaining catalog hygiene with established best practices

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

  • Graduation with 2+ years of working experience in a relative field
  • Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Goal orientated: ability to stay focused on delivering results
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume product catalogs under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially MS excel is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals across all organizational levels required.
